I work with mamas who  want to feel more connected to themselves, need advice about parenting, self-care, and relationships, crave the feeling of a "village", and struggle with feeling isolated and overwhelmed. As soon as I receive notice of payment and your completed questionnaire, I will contact you to schedule our first call. It's as simple as that!

*Please note that if I feel that I am unable to meet your unique needs, I will promptly refund your money and redirect you to a coach or service that I feel will make a better fit. I do not want to waste anyone's time, and it's important to me that we make a good match. I am here to be of service, and I want to see you thrive... 

To get you the very best results from your coaching program, it is helpful for me to understand your personal history as well as your dreams and aspirations, personal and business. These questions are designed for you to reflect deeper into your personal and business goals before we start to build this dream together. It is important that you know that there is no right or wrong answer, just whatever is true for you. These questions provide a means for me to understand you and your current position more closely and thus enable me to coach you to bring out your best! Agreements of Engagement

* Required

 

1. Session Logistics

A. Private coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length. We will close each session at a natural conclusion.

B. At your first coaching session we will arrange a regular session time that works for both of us. Occasional changes to our regular schedule are fine when arranged a respectful amount of time in advance.

C. I will call you promptly at our scheduled time. If I don't find you, I will try again after five minutes. If I still don't find you, I will consider the session to be forfeited. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

2. Ethics and Responsibility

A. All information shared in coaching is confidential.

B. I honor the boundaries around our coaching relationship and ask that you do the same. Multiple layers of relationship are strongly discouraged.

C. I do not offer legal, medical, or tax advice.

D. I hold both us to a high standard of integrity, transparency, and accountability. You may ask me any question you would like.

3. Accountability

A. I provide coaching, not therapy. As a coach, I assume your reactions and decisions are under your conscious control and that you are able to change what you are doing to produce better results. If this is not the case, you may be better served by a therapist. Please let me know immediately if this is the case.

B. Coaching is the art of improving performance. Any resistance, fears, and doubts that have kept you from living your dreams will surface. This is normal. Please speak with me about any feelings that may emerge. You are not alone.

C. You are ultimately the only one who is responsible for your decisions and actions. I am not responsible for any consequences of your use of what I provide for you, including any damage to your business or any lawsuits or regulatory problems. The decision to use or not use what I offer is yours alone. I do not in any way share liability.

4. Results

A. You can expect practical, actionable, results-based coaching for success as well as great content, direction, and strategies that move you forward. I will tell you the truth about what works and what doesn’t. If I tell you that you are headed in the wrong direction, please take it as a growth opportunity rather than a personal affront. I have only your best interests in mind.

B. Any financial numbers referenced on any of my sites are illustrative and should not be considered exact, actual or as a promise of potential earnings. Your results depend on you.

5. Closing

A. If you are considering canceling your program before it is complete, please contact me to discuss your situation. Come to this call with a profound desire to see what is blocking you from moving forward.

B. I request two sessions notice prior to closing our coaching relationship.
